What motivates and moves trainees at HARTMANN? We talked with two of them without saying a word.

Starting a career as a trainee is a good idea. Sina Lockowandt and Fynn Hansen, trainees in the Personal Healthcare division (PHC), had the same thought when they applied. Today they are two of the more than 10,000 employees at HARTMANN worldwide.

We asked them what they do every day, what they are responsible for; and how they explain their jobs to their family; but please do not expect the typical answers. You know what they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”
