HARTMANN GROUP is investing in the future

Heidenheim/ Germany, August 9, 2017. In the first six months of 2017, the HARTMANN GROUP, a leading international supplier of medical and healthcare products, achieved sales revenues of EUR 1,006.8 million and exceeded the prior-year figure by 3.4%, thus passing the one billion mark for the first time ever within a half-year period. As expected, growth in the second quarter was more restrained, due to among other things, changes in product range, connected with pending market launches within the Incontinence Management segment. Because of investments in growth, as reflected in particular in the greater expenditure for sales and marketing and the higher cost of raw materials and expenses for regulatory issues, the earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were slightly lower at EUR 65.4 million (prior year: EUR 68.6 million). The Group's consolidated net income of EUR 45.4 million is nevertheless at the same level as last year (EUR 45.3 million).

HARTMANN GROUP starts the 2017 financial year with moderate growth

Heidenheim/Germany, May 3, 2017 – In the first quarter of 2017, the HARTMANN GROUP, a leading international supplier of medical and healthcare products, achieved a moderate rise of 4.5% in sales revenues to EUR 504.2 million. Meanwhile, all business segments exceeded their previous year's figure. EBIT showed a slight improvement to EUR 37.3 million (previous year: EUR 37.0 million). The Group's consolidated net income of EUR 25.1 million was in the same region as last year (EUR 25.0 million).

HARTMANN Group to Acquire P&G Incontinence Brand in Spain/Portugal

HEIDENDHEIM, Germany – Mar.02,2017 – The HARTMANN GROUP, a leading international supplier of medical and hygiene products, announced today, it plans to acquire Procter & Gamble’s Lindor -- one of the most well-known adult incontinence brands in the Spain and Portugal professional channel. The transaction seeks to take place by end of second quarter of fiscal year 2017 and is subject to approval by local antitrust authorities.

HARTMANN incontinence products Category Winner by Stiftung Warentest

Heidenheim, 22 February 2017. Incontinence pants, pull-ups and pads: these were the categories used by Stiftung Warentest in their testing of incontinence products, to be published in tomorrow's edition of the magazine. The MoliCare and MoliForm products by PAUL HARTMANN AG, a leading international provider of medical and care products, take top places in two categories. The products were assessed almost exclusively by incontinence sufferers using an applied testing procedure. The results therefore reflect a real life situation, not laboratory values.
