PütterPro 2 Lite is a single-use, non-sterile medical device used by healthcare professionals in clinical and home environment. It is used for compression therapy for outlined indications provided in detail within the IFU.

Products

The PütterPro 2 Lite 2-component compression system is a combination of two non-woven bandages. One of the bandages is made of polypropylene and elastane and is brown in colour, the other one is made of polyester and elastane and is white in colour. The brown one has a cohesive layer on both sides, the white one has a cohesive layer on one side. The non-active and non-sterile devices are available as a kit. Both bandages are 10 cm in width. PütterPro 2 Lite contains indicator prints on both layers.

Short-stretch padding bandage: 92% polyester + 8% elastane, with a cohesive coating on one side.

Compression bandage: 85% polypropylene + 15% elastane, with a cohesive coating on both sides.

Application

PütterPro 2 Lite can be used for compression therapy which requires a reduced level of compression (ABPI 0.6-0.8), or for patients unable to tolerate full compression, or as part of a step-up approach, for the treatment of mixed aetiology (arterial-venous) leg ulcers, venous leg ulcers, oedema and thrombosis/thrombophlebitis.

The 2-component compression system can be used for long-term compression therapy on intact skin in humans (above 6 months of age). It can be used in combination with primary and secondary dressings.
