Your opportunity to raise concerns – also anonymously

Our principles for reporting:

  • Our Integrity Channel is open for everyone – reporting can be made in various languages.
  • Fairness and whistleblower protection are core principles for us – we will treat your report independently, objectively, timely and as strictly confidential.
  • Once we have received your report, we will confirm its receipt within seven days.
  • We take all reports seriously and follow-up on them.
  • If necessary, we will determine and implement appropriate mitigation measures (if needed: measures will include relevant suppliers/business partners).
  • We will inform you about the outcome of the investigation and, if applicable, mitigation measures.
  • We have zero tolerance for retaliation – please report to us if you face retaliation.

Whistleblower Reporting Channels under the Corporations Act 2001 in Australia

If your report is a Protected Disclosure under the Corporations Act 2001, then you can make your Disclosure to the following Eligible Recipients as defined in the Corporations Act 2001.

A person authorised by HARTMANN Australia to receive protected disclosures:

  • Local Compliance Officer (LCO), HARTMANN Australia
  • Whistleblower Protection Officer (LCO HARTMANN Australia)
  • A member of HARTMANN's Leadership Group
  • The HARTMANN Integrity Channel
  • An officer or senior manager of HARTMANN Australia or of a related body corporate
  • An auditor, or a member of an audit team conducting an audit, of HARTMANN Australia or of a related body corporate
  • An actuary of HARTMANN Australia or of a related body corporate
  • ASIC or APRA
  • A legal practitioner in some cases
